Terms and conditions
BEAUTIFUL SELECTION warrants all against defects in materials and workmanship, excluding setting work, under ordinary consumer use for a period of six (6) MONTHS from the date of original retail purchase. During these warranty periods, if a defect arises in the product, and you return the product, BEAUTIFUL SELECTION will, at its option, to the extent permitted by law, either (i) repair the product using new or refurbished parts, at BEAUTIFUL SELECTION expense; (ii) replace the product with a new product that is equivalent to the product that is to be replaced; or (iii) refund to you all or part of the purchase price of the product. BEAUTIFUL SELECTION shall have no obligation to repair, replace, or refund until the defective product is returned to BEAUTIFUL SELECTION . A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever period is longer. When a refund is given, the returned product becomes BEAUTIFUL SELECTION property. We reserve the right to have the the product examined by our jewelers. Once your claim is lodged under this guarantee, BEAUTIFUL SELECTION undertakes to respond as soon as possible, but no later than 45 days after we have received the claim.
This Limited Warranty applies only to products sold by BEAUTIFUL SELECTION . This Limited Warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, or use of non-BEAUTIFUL SELECTION products. Using non-BEAUTIFUL SELECTION beads can damage BEAUTIFUL SELECTION bracelets. Stretching of BEAUTIFUL SELECTION chains and bracelets is not considered a manufacturing defect. Damage as a result of heavy wear is not guaranteed. This is usually indicated by dents or scratches on the gold/silver. Do not expose your BEAUTIFUL SELECTION products to harsh chemicals or environments, as they can alter the appearance of the product. These include, but are not limited to, liquid silver polish, pools, hot tubs, and spas. Tarnish is not damage, please refer to the cleaning and care instructions for additional information on caring for and protecting your BEAUTIFUL SELECTION product. Failure to follow these instructions may constitute abuse, misuse, or misapplication of your BEAUTIFUL SELECTION product. The shipping to return or collect any damaged, repaired or replaced products, is for the client account.
BEAUTIFUL SELECTION offers a Thirty (30) days warranty on stone setting, repairs and or alterations of goods not covered under the warranty.
Custom made Jewellery and orders
BEAUTIFUL SELECTION offers a Seven (7) days, from delivery, satisfaction warranty on all custom made goods. After the 7 days expires we accept that the client is happy with the design of their product and any changes required will be for the clients account. A non refundable 50% deposit is payable upfront on all orders. The date of completion is an estimate and wherever possible any unexpected delays will be communicated. BEAUTIFUL SELECTION reserves the right to adjust the costs indicated on the sales order. Due to the fact that these orders are made to your specifications, all deposits paid are non-refundable in the event that the order is cancelled.
BEAUTIFUL SELECTION offers free sizing with every ring sold. We try and get the sizing as close to the clients requirements as possible, however we will not be held accountable if the lengths of chains or the sizes of rings are out with decimal millimetres. BEAUTIFUL SELECTION and its agents do suggest to clients ways of how to determine their size, however, it is always best to have your ring size measured by a jeweller.
BEAUTIFUL SELECTION arranges courier for delivering or collecting at the client’s convenience. This is done by an external party. BEAUTIFUL SELECTION does not take any responsibility for any loss, damage or delays caused by the courier company. BEAUTIFUL SELECTION reserves the right to change courier companies at the company’s own discretion. All parcels are transported uninsured, however, insurance can be arranged at an additional cost. Clients may collect their stock from head office and are also permitted to send a courier of their choice if our option is not desirable.
