Where Can I Get My Ring Size Measured?

It is very important to take a moment to check your ring size before ordering. For the most accurate ring sizing, we recommend visiting a local jeweller to have them check your ring size in store. If you are based in Cape Town, you are welcome to visit our head office & we will help you find the perfect fit! Select a ring of the same width or as close to the width of the ring you are wanting to purchase. This is important as you will need a larger ring size if you are purchasing a ring with a wider band. For a thin band a smaller size is usually needed. 

How To Measure Your Ring Size At Home: 

The best way to determine your ring size is to use a ring you already have and measure the inside diameter with a ruler. Be sure to measure straight across the middle of the ring and to only measure the “inside diameter”. Remember that the size of your fingers usually differs from your right to your left hand, so make sure you measure a ring that fits comfortably on the finger you are wanting the new ring for. Once you have your ring measurement in millimeters, refer to our Ring Measurement chart below for the correct size.

Please note that if you choose to measure your finger size at home and the measurement ends up being incorrect, we cannot be held liable. We strongly advise to have your ring size properly measured at your local jewellery store. To exchange an incorrectly sized ring, you will be charged a resizing fee and will be liable for the shipping costs both ways.
