For the most accurate ring sizing, we recommend visiting a local jeweler to have them check your ring size in store. If you are based in Cape Town, you are welcome to visit our office & we will help you find the perfect fit! Alternatively, if you want to measure your ring size at home, you can follow our guide:

Whether it is one of our personal designs or a special custom-made request, you can rest assured that our design team will not only design something beautiful but the utmost care will be taken to make sure that your chosen piece is practical and comfortable to wear. Our manufacturing team only use the best materials available to ensure a top-quality product.

Purchasing Questions
- To start with, you need to choose the right combination/size of the goods, if there is a drop down box.
- Click on the icon Add to cart – and the product will automatically ‘fly’ into the cart.
- If you wish to continue shopping, feel free to choose another product/size. The product you chose previously will stay in your cart.
- When you are ready to finish your order, click on the shopping cart icon in the top right corner. Contents of your cart will be displayed and you’ll be able to change the number of products or remove something from your cart. Once you are happy, click on Proceed To Checkout.
- Fill in the order form with the necessary data.
- If you are our loyal customer or you have won /received/ a voucher code from us, enter it into the correct field.
- Go to the selection of delivery options and payment method on the right hand side.
- Re-check your details and the order, especially all the required fields.
- If everything is correct, click on the Place Order button. Don’t forget to click the checkbox to opt in for our newsletters.
- Proceed to make payment via your chosen payment method.
- If the order was properly created, after a few seconds you will receive a notification email.
- If you experienced any problems while creating your order, you can contact us by phone, email or the live chat service. We are always happy to help.
Delivery cost is automatically calculated at checkout and is subject to your location as well as the weight and dimension of your order.
We offer safe checkout through YOCO’s secure servers. Choose between “Debit/Credit Card” payment or “Instant EFT”.
For deliveries to major cities, orders are usually delivered within 2-4 working days. For areas outside the major cities, it may take between 4-7 working days. However, we’ll do everything possible to ensure it is received sooner.
Deliveries are made during business hours: 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Alternatively, if you reside in Cape Town, you can select “Local Pickup” at checkout for free. We will then notify once your order is ready for collection. Our address is as follow: Unit 5 Brackengate Business Park, 6 Paris Road, Brackenfell, Cape Town.
We warrant against all defects in materials and workmanship, excluding setting work, under ordinary consumer use for a period of six (6) MONTHS from the date of original retail purchase.
During these warranty periods, if a defect arises in the product, and you return the product, we will, at its option, to the extent permitted by law, either (i) repair the product using new or refurbished parts, at our expense; (ii) replace the product with a new product that is equivalent to the product that is to be replaced; or (iii) refund to you all or part of the purchase price of the product.
We shall have no obligation to repair, replace, or refund until the defective product is returned to us. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever period is longer.
When a refund is given, the returned product becomes our property. We reserve the right to have the the product examined by our jewelers. Once your claim is lodged under this guarantee, we undertake to respond as soon as possible, but no later than 45 days after we have received the claim.
This Limited Warranty applies only to products sold by us. This Limited Warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, or use of non-Beautiful Selection’s products. Using non-Beautiful Selection beads can damage Beautiful Selection bracelets. Stretching of Beautiful Selection chains and bracelets is not considered a manufacturing defect. Damage as a result of heavy wear is not guaranteed. This is usually indicated by dents or scratches on the gold/silver.
Do not expose your Beautiful Selection products to harsh chemicals or environments, as they can alter the appearance of the product. These include, but are not limited to, liquid silver polish, pools, hot tubs, and spas.
Tarnish is not damage, please refer to the cleaning and care instructions for additional information on caring for and protecting your Beautiful Selection product. Failure to follow these instructions may constitute abuse, misuse, or misapplication of your Beautiful Selection product. The shipping to return or collect any damaged, repaired or replaced products, is for the client account.
Stone Setting/Repairs
Beautiful Selection offers a Thirty (30) days warranty on stone setting, repairs, and or alterations of goods not covered under the warranty.
Custom Made Jewellery And Orders
Beautiful Selection offers a Seven (7) days from delivery, satisfaction warranty on all custom-made goods. After the 7 days expires we accept that the client is happy with the design of their product and any changes required will be for the client’s account.
Jewelry Care
This is very common for silver jewelry and it is called tarnishing. The good news is that tarnish only occurs on the surface and can be polished away. If you want your white metal jewelry to not tarnish, opt for white gold or platinum- neither of these metals will tarnish.
We offer a free sizing with every ring sold. We try and get the sizing as close to the clients’ requirements as possible, however, we will not be held accountable if the lengths of chains or the sizes of rings are out with decimal millimeters.
