Shipping policy

Delivery

We deliver door to door anywhere in South Africa by courier, and you can collect your order from our studio in Brackenfell, Cape Town.

Delivery cost

Free delivery on orders of R2,000 and over.
Orders under R2,000: R300 courier fee.
Free collection from our studio: choose "Pickup" at checkout and we will let you know when your order is ready.

The delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay. All prices are in South African rand and include VAT.

When will my order arrive?

Ready-made pieces are dispatched within 2-4 working days of payment.
Custom and made-to-order pieces take about 2-4 weeks to make; we dispatch them as soon as they are ready and paid in full.
Once dispatched, delivery takes 2-4 working days to major centres and 4-7 working days to other areas. Couriers deliver Monday to Friday during business hours.

We choose an overnight service where we can, but overnight delivery is not guaranteed.

Your parcel is our responsibility until you receive it

Your order stays at our risk until it has been delivered to you (section 19 of the Consumer Protection Act). If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us straight away and we will put it right. Please check your parcel when it arrives.
