Delivery
- Door-to-door courier delivery anywhere in South Africa.
- Free delivery on orders of R2,000 and over; R300 on orders under R2,000.
- Free collection from our Brackenfell studio: choose "Pickup" at checkout.
- Delivery takes 2-4 working days to major centres and 4-7 working days to other areas, once dispatched. We choose an overnight service where we can, but cannot guarantee it.
- Your parcel is at our risk until it is delivered to you.

How long does my order take?
- Ready-made pieces: dispatched within 2-4 working days of payment.
- Custom and made-to-order pieces: about 2-4 weeks to make. Completion dates are estimates; we will keep you updated.
Payment
- Pay securely at checkout by debit or credit card or Instant EFT through our payment provider, Yoco. We never see or store your card details.
- Ready-made and made-to-order pieces from our range are paid in full at checkout.
- Custom designs, for which we send you a preview (a drawing or render) to approve, start with a 50% non-refundable deposit; the balance is paid before the piece is dispatched or collected.
- All prices are in South African rand and include VAT (VAT no. 4140309933).
